Today Is The Day

Okay, I've almost made it!! Tim should be home today probably around 5:00 pm. I'm working so I'll be busy and won't have time to think about it. I cannot wait. Gosh, I've always known that I love him, that he's the most important person in my world, and that I couldn't live without him, but I didn't realize how much I count on the little things in my day to day life. I miss hearing "Steppy" I miss his smile, his quirkiness that makes me laugh, just everything about him.

He goes to the doc tomorrow, so we'll see what's going to happen with the blood pressure and the multiple herneas. Of course, I'm a nervous wreck.

I was able to get another layout done. This one was a tough one, but I think I'm happy with it. This is a memorial page for Grandpa Caudy.

A Whole Week Without Tim

Well, yesterday marked one whole week since I've been back in TN. One whole week with Tim still in OH. Today is Friday, he will be back on Sunday. I cannot wait!! I feel like I a part of myself is missing. I have worked on several layouts revolving around him. Kept me distracted, which is a good thing. LOL

I've picked up extra hours at my current job and at the moment, have given up the search for a second job. Don't know where life is going to take me in the next couple of months, but with any luck it will be back to OH. Back with my precious granddaughter and all my friends and family that I love and miss so so much.

We'll see...

Back In TN

Well I'm back in TN. Tim is still in Ohio for another week or 2. I made him stay there and be with his family for a while longer. Funeral was very very hard, and to top it off..the morning of the funeral Ohio was having a winter storm so it was awful out.
Grandpa is truly the greatest person I have ever known. When I met him, he was taking care of his wife with alzheimers. She was totally unable to take care of herself so for roughly 10 years he fed her, bathed her, changed her diapers, and loved her. Grandpa always had a kind word for everyone, he didn't hold grudges, saw the best in EVERYONE, and would give the shirt off of his back. He was truly amazing and I hope to respect his life by learning to be a little more like him.

Grandpa Passed

It has been a while since I posted. I am in OH right now. Grandpa went to be with the Lord on Jan. 25th at 1:25 pm so I am here with Tim and family. Will be home Thursday so that I can get back to work. Boy when it rains, it pours but I know that everything happens for a reason. So until next time...

Well, I'm a nerd but here we are..Day 2. I'm figuring out slowly how to put all of my stuff up on here. Going to call today to see about getting an ABC card and then off to look for a part-time job since Tim is medically unable to work right now.
